Very aromatic nose. Evolves well in the mouth. Intense in its refinement and vivacity. Smooth, subtle and lingering on the palate. Well balanced structure. Big potential.

Ideal to serve as an aperitif but honours fish such as turbot, sole, daurade, Peter’s fish, scallops, etc…
